It is. I just downloaded it. Click on download not fast download. It takes you to another page. Scroll down the page and see another download button. Click on that. Ignore the other ad pages that pops up. I had to click on that button thrice before it downloaded.

2.go to settings and disable ads-block from your browser if it’s switched on
3.come to download panel and gently press the tab it may occasionally switch to another advertising tab, always switch back to the download page after closing the advert tabs, this may go on continuously because your ads-blocker is off but it will eventually open the download page
4.at the download page you’ll see all the information you need about the movie including the MB required to download then you’ll be sure
5.finally click the download tap and that’s it.
I downloaded it with some little tweaks. Use Phoenix browser!
Copy the page link and paste it on Phoenix browser and it will show sign of download by the right hand side click it and it will start downloading
